We were among the first pioneers to plan and design for the Coliving Space in it's nascent years. These projects explored pushing the limits of what is possible for shared amenities with the largest operators and developers in the category. Learning lessons from projects, we were then able to apply a lean program combined with maximum social benefit from workforce housing to the global digital nomad.

Some of our current projects focus on Co-living congregate housing with our first development project rolled out and operated already in 2019. We combine elements from both the hospitality and residential experiences to create more collaborative and community like spaces that are tailored to contemporary flexible urban living. PhenomenaLab designs, develops, owns & operates these low cost high yield properties by leveraging shared amenities such as community kitchens, entertainment, and working spaces while increasing the density of rental rooms per community.
